Acceptable Use Policy 

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") defines the rules and restrictions for use of the HumanDynamics website and services. All capitalised terms not defined herein have the meanings assigned in our Subscription Agreement or other applicable agreement with HumanDynamics and its affiliates (collectively, “HumanDynamics”). If you have a specific written agreement with HumanDynamics, your agreement may contain different or additional terms governing the use of our services. Please refer to that agreement as applicable.

 

Prohibited Uses

 

You may not, nor permit any third party to:

 

1. Intellectual Property and Derivative Works

  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on HumanDynamics services or Intellectual Property.

  • Alter or remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the HumanDynamics services.

  • Use the services in a way that infringes or misappropriates any Intellectual Property Rights of HumanDynamics or any third party.

 

2. Reverse Engineering

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive source code from any software provided by HumanDynamics.

 

3. Security Violations

  • Circumvent, disable, or breach any security features or protections embedded in HumanDynamics services.

 

4. Unauthorised Commercial Use

  • Use HumanDynamics services for purposes such as providing time-sharing, outsourcing, service bureau, or similar arrangements.

  • Use the services in any commercial manner that conflicts with the terms outlined in your agreement with HumanDynamics or that is detrimental to HumanDynamics or its operations.

 

5. Tampering and Misuse

  • Modify, tamper with, or alter the services, or combine the services with unauthorised third-party software in ways not permitted under this Policy or your agreement with HumanDynamics.

  • Attempt to access areas or features of the services for which you have not been granted authorisation.

 

6. Compliance with Laws and Intellectual Property

  • Use HumanDynamics services or Intellectual Property in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including privacy, data protection, and Intellectual Property laws.

  • Store, share, or transmit any data through HumanDynamics services that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise inappropriate.

 

7. Prohibited Activities and Content

  • Use the services for any fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or misleading purposes.

  • Upload, store, or share content that contains malware, viruses, or any malicious code that could damage or interfere with the operation of HumanDynamics services, systems, or data.

  • Engage in any activity that could harm, overload, disrupt, or impair the integrity or performance of HumanDynamics services or systems.

 

Compliance and Monitoring

HumanDynamics reserves the right to monitor compliance with this Policy and investigate any suspected breach. Violations may result in suspension or termination of services, in addition to other remedies available under law or in your agreement with HumanDynamics.
