    As a CEO and a change manager in an international company, we've suffered the frustrations of trying to drive change. After selling our company and reflecting on what we could’ve done differently, we realised we could have avoided many headaches.

    So, we went deep into research — studying organisations, networks, and motivation — until we figured out a better way.
